Clothing is almost an obsession for me. Not only clothing for myself, but for my family as well. When I was pregnant, I was already thinking about all the tiny little clothes I would pick out for my son. Even now, with Baby Braddy being over a year old (13 months, how did that happen?!), I still love shopping for cute outfits for him. The problem is, I don’t want him to wear what every other toddler is wearing. I want to find unique and stylish clothes, and to develop in him a love of fashion (hey, a mom can dream).

About the Company:
I came across Vintage Couture, Inc. recently and was very impressed with the company. I don’t know how I haven’t heard of them before, especially since their clothes have been spotted in magazines like People, InStyle, US Weekly, and Life & Style; also on TV shows such as American Idol, E! News, and Access Hollywood. Before they started doing direct-sales, their clothes were available at high-end department stores like Niemen-Marcus and Nordstrom. How could I have missed them?
Vintage Couture is a children’s clothing designer that makes clothing lines for babies, toddlers, kids, teens, and even moms. Their exclusive boutique-style clothing is made from fabrics that are custom-made with both vintage styles and current fashion trends as
inspiration.

Serenity Blooms Dress
Being a direct-sales company, Vintage Couture helps moms all over the country earn an income from home by becoming Fashion Stylists. I love the fact that a percentage of all of their profits go to supporting the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF), and that they work closely with the Foundation to promote their mission and raise awareness.
My Experience:
I was so excited to find out I was doing a review for Vintage Couture. When I shopped on their website for my outfit, the Spring Line had just been released, but the Winter Line was still available. I wanted something that Braddy could wear right away, and I didn’t want to have to wait for warmer weather or for him to have to grow into the clothes. So, the outfit I chose for him was the Rock & Roll Baby Set, which has a long-sleeved t-shirt with matching pants. This is exactly the style that I like, with the added bonus of featuring guitars; we buy Braddy a lot of guitar clothes, since Daddy plays the guitar (and so will Braddy when he grows up!). The colors are blacks and greys with red detailing, very boyish. No more mistaking him for a girl when he’s wearing this!
The size is perfect, and it fits him exactly how it should, a size 12M for a 12 month old. Not all brands are as straightforward with their sizing, and it’s great knowing that something will fit when you’re ordering online. The material is very soft cotton, and it stayed just as soft after washing. The pants have an adjustable elastic waistband so they can grow with him, which will enable us to get more use out of them than any other pants he owns. Braddy wore this outfit to a baby shower and got lots of compliments on it!
I was very happy with their website, selection, ordering process, and the outfit I received. The only thing that would stop me from buying all of their boys’ clothes is the price range, which is a tiny bit high for my budget, but still pretty reasonable overall.
Vintage Couture Clothing can be purchased through their website or through any of their Fashion Stylists. You can find also out more about them on their Facebook page.
